  • My clients range from tech startups to Fortune 500 companies to Ivy-League academic medical centers. In sum, I can tailor the services I offer based on your organization’s particular needs.

  • This depends on your organization’s needs. My services include coaching with parents, coaching with leaders, conducting policy audits, advising on policy changes, and management training. Engagements typically last six or more months and may begin with training, a policy audit, and coaching, then continue with ongoing coaching and training maintenance.

  • I am a certified coach based on the gold standard credentials of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ACC-level coaching program I completed adheres to strict ethical standards and requires rigorous levels of education, experience, mentor coaching, performance evaluation, and exams to receive a certification. I also worked with the coaching company Reboot.io for years before making the leap myself.
